Need to import your Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) statements to Xero?

Bank2Xero is made for you

From BPI online banking to Xero in just 4 minutes.

There is unfortunately no direct feed available for BPI in the Philippines, so we came up with this Google Sheets template which makes it super simple and quick. We call it Bank2Xero for BPI.

Even now while the bank feed is available, many finance teams like to have another way to bring their bank data to Xero, and use Bank2Xero for this.

Bank2Xero for BPI is the easiest way to import your BPI bank statement into Xero.

Why use Bank2Xero for BPI?

Our goal was to have a template to convert the csv statement downloaded from the bank to the csv file in the format Xero requires.

We build it for our own needs.
We then released it publicly.
We have seen 1,000s of entrepreneurs and SMEs benefiting from it.

While still manual (don’t get us wrong, we are only wishing for all banks to have direct bank feed to Xero and Bank2Xero not be needed),  it makes the process as fast and painless as possible.

When you use Bank2Xero for BPI, you can get your bank statements in Xero in just a few minutes (like… 4 minutes).

  1. Download the BPI csv statement online
  2. Import in the Bank2Xero for BPI Google Sheet… magic formulas format it the way Xero wants it
  3. Upload to Xero
  4. That’s the number of minutes it takes for the process 🙂

It should take less than 4 minutes to import you bank statement

Things to know
  • You need a Google Account to access the file (It’s a Google Sheet)
  • Only you will have access to your data: You will be invited to make a copy and, as usual with Google Sheets, once you copy, you are the owner and you manage the user rights. It’s your file. You decide whom you share the file with.
  • Bank2Xero is not affiliated with Xero nor with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
  • Why not an Excel template? We believe in online software, being collaborative by nature… just a url away. See Epic Sheets on how to make powerful spreadsheets.
